You must be at least 18 years old to use Underneath. By using the platform, you confirm that:
Underneath is a reflective conversational platform focused on behavioural patterns, emotional contradictions, and trading psychology.
Underneath is NOT:
Users remain fully responsible for their trading decisions, financial outcomes, personal actions, and emotional interpretation of sessions.
Underneath does not guarantee trading profitability, emotional breakthroughs, behavioural change, psychological accuracy, or personal transformation. The platform provides reflective conversational experiences only.
By using Underneath, you agree:
You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.
Underneath is not designed to handle mental health emergencies, crisis situations, suicidal ideation, severe emotional distress, or psychiatric conditions. If a conversation exceeds the intended scope of the platform, Underneath may pause or redirect toward appropriate support resources.
Access to sessions requires payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Underneath reserves the right to modify pricing, refuse service, suspend abusive users, or limit platform access where necessary.
Underneath offers a 100% refund for users who genuinely feel the session did not provide value. Refunds may also be issued for technical failure, interrupted sessions, duplicate payments, or platform instability. Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated exploitation, or manipulation attempts. Contact hello@underneath.pro to request a refund.
All platform content, branding, methodology, design, conversational structure, and materials related to Underneath remain the property of Underneath. Users may not copy the platform commercially, reproduce the methodology publicly, resell sessions, or reverse engineer the service without written permission.
Underneath follows privacy-first principles. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details regarding session handling, data storage, emotional safety, payment handling, and GDPR considerations.
Underneath is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Underneath and its operators are not liable for trading losses, financial losses, emotional outcomes, personal decisions, indirect damages, or reliance on reflections generated during sessions. Users accept full responsibility for how they interpret and use the experience.
Underneath reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who abuse the platform, attempt manipulation, engage in harmful behaviour, interfere with platform stability, or violate these terms.
