By default, Underneath does not permanently store full session conversations. Sessions are processed in real time to generate the reflective experience. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future:

When you make a payment we collect your email address and payment information. These are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see your full card details. We retain payment records for as long as required by UK tax law.
